EL AL appeals decision on Israir Tel Aviv-NY route

EL AL appealed to the High Court of Justice on Sunday against the state's decision to grant Israir designated carrier status on the Tel Aviv-New York route.
EL AL claims the state guaranteed them sole carrier rights to that route.
