Police successfully took over a fifth building in Amona, removed its inhabitants, and began preparing it for destruction on Wednesday.
The building was the first one that was occupied by young women, unlike the previous ones in which young men barricaded themselves.
The protesters in Amona segregated themselves among the buildings in order to prevent "inappropriate intermingling of the sexes."
