The Tel Aviv District Court will sentence former Shas MK Yair Peretz on Monday, who was convicted last week of falsifying academic documents for his BA, which he claimed he completed at Burlington University.
If the court agrees to the deal reached between prosecution and defense, Peretz could receive a suspended sentence and a monetary fine.
