Gillerman: Talks must include releasing soldiers

Israel's Ambassador to the UN Danny Gillerman has conditioned all negotiations with Arab nations on the release of the kidnapped IDF soldiers and the cessation of terrorism, Army Radio reported early Friday morning. Gillerman, who spoke Thursday night at a meeting of the UN Security Council, rejected a proposal by Bahrain's foreign minister which entailed resolving the Middle East conflict by having Israel return to its 1967 borders and finding a solution to the Palestinian refugee problem.
