The High Court of Justice heard on Sunday a petition to draft yeshiva students into the IDF for a regular term of service.
The petition was submitted by the Movement for Quality Government in Israel, who claim that the current law, which exempts yeshiva students who request not to serve on religious grounds, is discriminatory, Army Radio reported.
