The families of terror attack victims petitioned the High Court of Justice on Tuesday to prevent terror groups Hamas, Fatah, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and Tanzim from participating in this month's Palestinian Authority parliamentary elections.
Among the petitioners was the family of Rehavam "Gandi" Ze'evi, who was assassinated by terrorists at the Hayatt Hotel, Jerusalem in 2001, by the PFLP.
