High Court rejects appeal of Bat Ayin underground

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected the appeal of the Bat Ayin Jewish underground who appealed after having been found guilty by the Jerusalem District Court in September 2003, Israel Radio reported. Ofer Gamliel and Shlomo Dvir Zeliger conspired to blow up a girls' school in Jerusalem in 2002. They were sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. Yarden Morag, their co-conspirator, was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
