The IDF arrested overnight 28 Palestinian fugitives in the West Bank. Fourteen Hamas fugitives were arrested in Kalkilya, two Islamic Jihad fugitives in Ailar north of Tulkarm, two Islamic Jihad fugitives in a-Til west of Jenin, and one Fatah fugitive was arrested in Nablus. Eight Hamas fugitives were also arrested in Jelazoun, and one Islamic Jihad fugitvie was arrested near Bir Zeit, northwest of Ramallah.
