IDF forces on Tuesday arrested a Palestinian Resistance Committees operative in Bitunia, south of Ramallah.
While the IDF was carrying out the arrest, riots erupted in the area, during which stones were hurled at the soldiers.
The troops took measures to disperse the rioters.
The fugitive was transferred to security forces for questioning.
