Judea and Samaria Police received a report on Thursday evening of a kidnapping in the Betar Illit neighborhood.
The neighborhood's security control center told police that, according to an eight-year-old girl, it appeared that a man was dragged into a car by two suspects near the neighborhood's border with the Nahlin village.
Police and IDF troops were conducting searches in the area.
