International security chiefs meet in J'lem to discuss counter-terrorism

U.S. Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff arrived in Jerusalem Thursday to discuss counter-terrorism with his counterparts from around the world. Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter said that the gathering is a way for officials to share information and techniques to fight terrorism. He says nine countries are participating in the two-day conference, including Britain, Spain and Italy. Dichter that the talks included discussions on the Hamas and Islamic Jihad, as well as Hizbullah in Lebanon.
