'Israel seeking European help in negotiating with Hamas for Schalit'

Israel has asked European diplomatic sources to help mediate the release of captured IDF soldier Cpl. Gilad Schalit, according to a report cited by Israel Radio Tuesday.
The report quoted an advisor to Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh to the effect that the Europeanse had conveyed the message to Hamas and that Israel was showing an increased willingness to renew negotiations.
