Justice Ministry announces delay in filing Katsav indictment

The Justice Ministry on Thursday announced a delay in filing the new indictment in the sexual crimes case against former president Moshe Katsav.
"We currently need to complete certain additional investigations before making a final decision," read a statement released by the ministry.
Reasons cited for the delay were changes in the team of attorneys dealing with the case as well as ongoing discussions over what clauses to include in the indictment.
