President Moshe Katsav said on Monday that Israel will not allow Iran, the "founder of international terror," to hold nuclear material.
In an interview with a Spanish newspaper, Katsav said that a nuclear bomb in Iran's possession would make its way into the hands of terrorist organizations such as the Iranian-supported Hizbullah.
