Katzav sends Bush Independence Day greeting card

President Moshe Katzav sent a greeting card to US President George Bush in honor of American Independence Day on Tuesday in which he wrote, "The people of Israel respect the United States and value your skilled leadership, commitment and conviction in fighting for the universal values that we share - justice, morals, democracy and freedom." Katsav wished the American people success, serenity and prosperity saying, "I hope that peace and security prevail across the world according to the spirit and principles of the American constitution."
