The Likud responded harshly to Friday's Kassam attacks, saying that Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz were leaving residents of Israel to their fate.
Likud spokesman MK Gilad Erdan said that the Olmert government must realize that defense of Israel's southern communities must be increased, before people "have to pay with their lives."
