Livni: Israel mustn't reach vague agreements with the Palestinians

Israel must not err by reaching vague agreements with the Palestinians, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said Sunday. "We mustn't make the mistake of reaching an accord on one issue without concluding agreements on the remainder of the issues," Livni said in a speech at the Harry S. Truman Research Institute at Hebrew University. "Peace is not a piece of paper. Peace must mean the end of the conflict and not another point from which it is perpetuated."
