Livni: The responsibility for the Kassam attack falls on Hamas

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni offered her reaction to the Kassam attack which wounded 69 IDF soldiers earlier Tuesday morning, saying that the blame for the attack lies with Hamas.
"It doesn't matter who took responsibility for the attack," Livni said at the end of a press conference with Portuguese Foreign Minister Luis Amado. "What matters is that Hamas could stop the attacks, and they don't."
