The Jerusalem District Court overturned a Magistrate's Court ruling, on Tuesday, and charged Menahem Livni, a man from Kiryat Arba, for shooting at a Palestinian truck.
Previously, the Magistrates Court had cleared Livni of all charges, citing that the truck drove past his field during a Palestinian curfew.
The District Court accepted the state appeal, stating that citizens should not be allowed to take the law into their own hands with weapons and force.
