Man critically injured when his brother's gun discharges

A resident of Moshav Dalton in the Galilee was critically injured Wednesday after his brother's gun accidentally discharged while his brother, a career soldier, was cleaning it.
The bullet reportedly hit him in the neck, rupturing the artery. He was initially taken to Ziv Hospital in Safed where it was decided to transfer him to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
Police arrested the brother for questioning regarding the circumstances of the incident.
