Man found shot dead in Rishon Lezion

Body discovered by passerby in city's Nahalat Yehuda neighborhood; police: Man had criminal background.

The body of a 21-year-old man from Kseifa was found with multiple gunshot wounds near a car in Rishon Lezion on Tuesday. Police said that the body was discovered by chance by a passerby in the city's Nahalat Yehuda neighborhood. The passerby noticed the car in an unusual spot and when he approached the vehicle, he realized that there had been some criminal activity. The man then found the body in a thicket at the end of a long and winding path leading from the car. Police were investigating the circumstances of the apparent murder and said the man had a criminal background.
