A 36-year-old man from the north of Israel was indicted on Monday on charges of sexually assaulting, including sodomizing, and threatening both his ex-wife and his present wife. The father of four allegedly sexually assaulted his former wife repeatedly during their seven-year marriage, in addition to threatening her. After the couple divorced, the man remarried and continued to abuse his new wife in the same manner. The man also reportedly beat his nine-year-old son with a belt and an iron chain, Israel Radio reported. The suspect was also accused of threatening both his former and present spouses in an attempt to prevent them from testifying against him.
