A man with a criminal background was found shot to death in an underground parking lot on Ashdod's Rehov Ha'atzmaut overnight Thursday.
MDA medics called to the scene pronounced the man dead after their resuscitation efforts proved unsuccessful.
Police said the shooting was apparently motivated by crime.
