A resident of the north was shot in his leg outside the old bus station in Tel Aviv overnight Sunday.
The man, in his early twenties, was listed in moderate condition. A MDA team evacuated him to Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv.
Police said the wounded man was not cooperating with investigators.
