Migdal Haemek: Woman, 70, dies from wounds from fire in her apartment

A 70-year-old woman died on Friday after being critically wounded when a fire broke out in her apartment's kitchen, in Midgal Haemek.
Firefighters who arrived on the scene were able to take control of the blaze and extracted the woman. She was airlifted to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where she succumbed to her wounds.
