Miliband tours Sderot with Barak, calls rocket attacks 'intolerable'

Defense Minister Ehud Barak and British Foreign Secretary David Miliband visited the western Negev town of Sderot on Monday, shortly after a barrage of Kassam rockets damaged several houses in the nearby Eshkol region. The two visited a school that has been fortified against rocket attacks and a police station, where the foreign secretary was shown the remains of a Kassam rocket. Miliband called the repeated attacks from Gaza "intolerable" and said that Israel must continue to pursue talks with the Palestinian Authority, Israel Radio reported.
