A military court on Monday turned down a request for bail by Palestinian terrorist leader Ahmed Saadat, who was arrested by security forces during the raid on the Jericho prison.
At his brief court appearance Monday, Saadat refused to recognize the military tribunal's authority to try him and the judge, in turn, refused to hear his bail application.
