Prime Minsiter Ehud Olmert said Tuesday at the World Zionist Conference that Israel would take harsher measures than harsher than any taken in the past against Kassam attacks on Sderot and the south.
"No one has immunity, no matter what he does, and no matter with what group he's associated," the prime minister said.
