Or Yehuda father suspected of abusing baby son released

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court released on Thursday the Or Yehuda man who was being held on suspicion of abusing his one and a half month old baby two weeks ago.
The judge, Daniel Ba'ari, stated that new material added to the case supports the father's statement, and weakens the evidence against him.
Ba'ari added that the father will be under house arrest for the next three days.
