A senior Palestinian Authosaid Monday morning that the Sunday afternoon shooting attacks on Israeli civilians were meant to foil Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' planned meeting at the White House with US President George Bush. The senior officer said that within two or three days the identity of those responsible for the incidents will be discovered, Israel Radio reported.
