Israel will remove some of the checkpoints in the West Bank, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Monday in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
Referring to Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, Olmert said that if he "embraced Hamas," Israel would stop its dialogue with him.
