Palestinian Tanzim fugitive arrested in Ramallah by border police

A border police unit arrested Ali Arkouv, a Tanzim fugitive, in Ramallah Tuesday.
Arkouv was taken for questioning.
On Monday, the IAF killed four Hamas members in a strike in the southern Gaza Strip.
