Palestinian killed during attempted terror attack on West Bank settlement

Border Police killed a Palestinian on his way to carry out a terror attack close to the Yitzhar settlement on Saturday morning.
Soldiers manning an IDF observation post had identified the man approaching the West Bank community armed with a Molotov cocktail.
