'Peace Now' petitions Supreme Court to remove Derech Avot in Gush Etzion

'Peace Now' petitioned the Supreme Court of Justice on Sunday morning in an effort to evacuate the Derech Avot settlement, founded in Gush Etzion during the Second Intifada.
According to Army Radio, the organization claims that Derech Avot was established by Jewish settlers on Palestinian land and that despite Palestinian complaints, no effort has been made to remove it.
