Police have arrested a 23-year-old Tel Aviv resident suspected of the killing of policeman-turned-murderer Tzahi Ben-Or in Cancun, Mexico, in December 2004, police revealed Monday.
The suspect was taken for remand on Monday to the Petakh Tikva Magistrate's Court, and was considered one of underworld kingpin Amir Mulner's henchmen.
Ben-Or fled to Mexico in 2004 after police refused to make him a state's witness against the Perinian crime family.
