An 18-year-old Ramat Gan resident was found Saturday stabbed and seriously wounded on Rehov Afula.
A passerby noticed the youth and called an ambulance.
Police thought that the victim had been attacked by criminals, but have not yet arrested anyone, Israel Radio reported.
