An Israeli navy boat fired toward a Palestinian fishing vessel off Gaza on Saturday in a first Israeli violation of a week-old truce in Gaza, Palestinian security officials said.
The vessel caught fire, but no one was hurt, the security officials said.
The Israeli military said it was unaware of such an incident.
