US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was expected to land in Israel on Monday afternoon for a round of meetings intended to lead to a cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hizbullah.
Rice was scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
