Rights group files complaint against Border Police

The Adallah Arab rights organization filed complaints on Wednesday with the Police Investigative Unit against Border Policemen who allegedly used excessive force against Beduin during a police raid last month. In November, police clashed with Beduin from Al-Mashash after Interior Ministry officials arrived in the southern village, located between Dimona and Beersheba, to deliver demolition orders to residents of illegally constructed buildings. Twelve protestors, including pregnant women, were injured during the clashes.
