"The organizations behind the kidnapping of the soldier Cpl. Gilad Shalit are harming Palestinian interests," said a spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday.
"The decision not to release the kidnapped soldier at this point only increases the damage to the Palestinians. Russia will continue its efforts to free him," he said.
