State Prosecution opposes Katsav's request for another hearing

The State Prosecution is opposed to a request made by former president Moshe Kastav's lawyers for another hearing in light of further developments in the sexual crimes case following the indictment served against their client.
The prosecution voiced its objection to the request to the Tel Aviv District Court.
