State comptroller backs committee to look into treatment of Gaza evacuees

State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss has backed the establishment of a committee to investigate the treatment of Gaza evacuees.
In state audit deliberations, Lindenstrauss said: "This is not a political issue. It is something that affects everyone".
Lindenstrauss was also quoted as saying that this was a grave problem for which "a solution must be found, and it is possible that the appropriate way to do this is through an investigative committee. You have the support of the state comptroller".
