MDA operators from the Dan region were instructing a husband on how to aid his pregnant wife in an emergency delivery Sunday morning at Barka'i Junction.
As a result of the rainstorm pounding the area, the private vehicle in which the couple was riding could not arrive on time to the nearest hospital.
