Representatives from Hamas, Fatah, and Islamic Jihad announced Thursday night that their organizations would stop firing Kassam rockets into Israel given a cessation of the IDF's ongoing military operations in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
The terror groups came to the agreement during a meeting with Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh.
