A Palestinian terrorist was arrested on Tuesday night in Beit Rima, north-west of Ramallah, sources said Wednesday afternoon.
The Palestinian was part of a terror cell who's aim was to conduct a kidnapping in Israel. It was unclear to which organization the Palestinian belonged to.
He was taken to an investigation by security forces.
