A 62-year-old woman from the north of Israel died at Rambam Hospital after allegedly being given the wrong antibiotic.

A 62-year-old woman from the north of Israel died at Rambam Hospital after allegedly being given the wrong antibiotic. The hospital confirmed that the woman, who was hospitalized in the neurological unit, was given medication meant for another patient, Israel Radio reported. An investigative committee has been established to determine how the mistake occurred.
