Yitzhar youth seriously injured after falling, hitting his head

An 18-year-old youth from Yitzhar was seriously injured Tuesday evening after falling and hitting his head.
A Magen David Adom Team evacuated the unconscious youth to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva.
