Palestinian Chairman Mahmoud Abbas strongly condemned the Sinai terrorist attack on Monday night.
"This crime and its perpetrators and planners are enemies of humanity," Abbas exclaimed.
He described the attack as a cowardly act which harmed innocent people and which "contradicts our values."
