Head of the military-politico department of the Defense Ministry Maj.-Gen. (res.) Amos Gilad is to pay a quick visit to Egypt on Wednesday to relay to them the finalized details abouut the Rafah crossing. The border is expected to open on November 25. Gilad has been one of the architects of the arrangement, which was hammered out during the visit here last week by US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
