A suicide bomber slammed his truck into a densely populated residential area in the northern Iraqi city of Tal Afar on Monday, killing at least 25 people, police said. The attack occurred in a crowded Shiite neighborhood of the mixed city, which lies about 420 kilometers northwest of Baghdad. At least 22 others were wounded in the attack, said Brig. Gen.
